This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explains how FunSort (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal information during your use as a player (hereinafter referred to as “you”). This Policy supplements the Service Agreement and together they form a complete legal agreement. Your use of the Game constitutes your reading, understanding and acceptance of all contents of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the Game immediately.
1.1 Account and Identity Information
When you log in quickly via third-party platforms such as Google, Apple, Facebook, we will obtain your public information through official authorized interfaces, including nickname, avatar, email address and unique identifier of the third-party platform. We only use such information for identity verification, account binding and login status maintenance, and will not obtain your third-party account password.
1.2 Device and System Information
During the launch, loading and operation of the application, relevant information of your terminal device will be automatically collected, including: authorization time, device model, operating system version, application version number, device unique identifiers (such as IDFA, Android ID, OAID, IMEI, etc.). Such information is used to ensure stable game operation, compatibility adaptation, anomaly troubleshooting and security risk control.
1.3 Usage Behavior and Interaction Information
We will record your in-game operations, including: level progress, game duration, item usage records, task completion status, reward collection records, advertisement viewing, clicks, impressions and other interaction data, as well as application crash logs and error reports.
The above information is used for gameplay optimization, bug fixing, experience improvement and anti-cheating.
1.4 Network and Advertising-Related Information
The application will obtain the current network status and network type of your terminal device to ensure a smooth experience. Meanwhile, to provide free services, we cooperate with advertising partners (such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, etc.) to collect advertising identifiers, ad impression and click data for ad serving, attribution and anti-fraud.
1.5 Clipboard Information
Only when you actively use the copy-and-paste function in the Game will the application temporarily read clipboard content (such as invitation codes). We do not collect sensitive information or share such information with third parties.
We use information strictly in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and minimization. Purposes include:
Providing, operating and maintaining core game functions;
Completing account login, data synchronization and archive restoration;
Conducting device adaptation, performance optimization and crash fixing;
Performing security monitoring, abnormal login detection, anti-cheating and anti-piracy;
Displaying advertisements, optimizing ad performance and preventing fake clicks;
Analyzing player habits to continuously improve product experience.
We will not use information for any purpose unrelated to this Policy.
3.1 Storage and Cross-Border Transmission
Your information may be stored in compliant data center nodes worldwide, including overseas servers. Your continued use of the Game constitutes your consent to the cross-border storage and transmission of data.
3.2 Security Protection Measures
We implement industry-standard security technologies and management measures to protect your information, including transmission encryption (SSL/TLS), access control, firewall isolation and other safeguards to prevent information leakage, tampering, loss or unauthorized access.
We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We will provide necessary information to third parties only under the following circumstances:
4.1 Third-Party Login Services
Share necessary identifiers with Google, Apple, Facebook to complete login verification.
4.2 Advertising and Technical Service Providers
Share anonymized or de-identified information with advertising platforms and data analysis service providers for ad serving, crash analysis and service optimization.
4.3 Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Disclose information within the scope required by law in response to mandatory requirements of judicial and regulatory authorities.
All third-party partners are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
You legally enjoy the right to control your personal information, including:
Inquiring and understanding the scope and manner of our information collection and use;
Modifying, correcting or updating relevant account information;
Turning off or restricting certain device permissions (via system settings);
Applying for account deletion, after which relevant data will be deleted or anonymized;
Opting out of personalized advertising by disabling ad tracking in device settings.
6.1 A minor means a person under the age of 18; if local laws impose a stricter age threshold, such local laws shall prevail (e.g., under 16 in the EU, under 13 in some U.S. jurisdictions).
6.2 Minors may use the Game only with the explicit consent of their guardian.
6.3 We do not actively collect information from minors beyond what is necessary for the Game.
6.4 Guardians may apply to view, correct, delete minor data or terminate services, and we will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to business adjustments or changes in laws and regulations. The updated version will be marked with the update date at the top of this Policy and take effect immediately upon update. We recommend you check the latest version regularly. Continued use of the Game will be deemed acceptance of the updated content; if you do not agree to the revised Policy, please delete your account and uninstall the Game immediately.
